Benz Inc. to expand in North Carolina

Machining head manufacturer Benz Inc., a member of the Zimmer Group, has announced plans to expand and relocate from Charlotte, N.C., to Hickory, N.C.

The move will enable the company to expand its operations and store more inventory for delivery to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The facility also will house a service department designed for diagnostic testing on the company’s tooling.
