Dorner completes facility expansion in Wisconsin

Dorner Mfg. Corp. has completed a 25,000-sq.-ft. facility expansion in Hartland, Wis. The new area houses machining equipment that is used in the manufacturing of frames, stands, and other conveyor components, as well as new product development.

The company custom-builds conveyors at time of order. This expansion gives the company additional space needed to manufacture its industrial and sanitary conveyor platforms, along with the room to design larger conveyor systems and customized engineered systems.

In the past two years, the company has added about 65 new employees and a second shift to keep pace with the increase in sales. The expansion has increased its facility to about 190,000 sq. ft.
