CMC Steel Fabricators to acquire Associated Steel Workers fabrication business
CMC Steel Fabricators Inc., Seguin, Texas, has announced plans to acquire Hawaii-based Associated Steel Workers Ltd.’s steel fabrication business, which manufactures, delivers, and installs uncoated black rebar and related materials.
The deal is expected to close in January 2017.
CMC, a manufacturer of steel products, will operate out of Associated Steel’s production plant and offices in West Oahu, Hawaii.
