EWI to host Dec. 15 webinar on dissimilar materials weldability
EWI, Columbus, Ohio, will host a webinar on dissimilar materials weldability concepts on Dec. 15, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. The webinar will be presented by Alber Sadek, materials consultant and EWI senior engineer.
This webinar will:
- Demonstrate how weld microstructure can be enhanced when joining a component made of dissimilar materials.
- Identify how to control the mechanical properties of a welded joint.
- Provide guidelines for designing an effective dissimilar metal welding procedure.
