Lackey earns WBE certification
Lackey Sheet Metal LLC, St. Louis, received notification from the City of St. Louis, Lambert Airport Authority that is has been certified as a Woman-owned business (WBE).
The WBE certification allows the company to compete with larger, national sheet metal companies for work in St. Louis and other markets.
The 115-year-old company specializes in ductwork, from heavy-gauge power generation duct to light-gauge commercial duct, and works with materials such as carbon steel and special alloys. It also provides services to the architectural and HVAC markets.
