Precision Strip president retires
Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has announced that Tom Compton, president of its wholly-owned subsidiary Precision Strip Inc., has retired, effective Dec. 31, 2006. Joe Wolf, vice president of operations, was named president effective Jan. 1, 2007.
Compton has been with the company for 12 years and continues to serve as chairman on its board of directors. He also works with the company on special projects.
