Reliance Steel & Aluminum acquires Haskins Steel

Metals service center Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., Los Angeles, has announced that through its wholly owned subsidiary American Metals Corp., it has acquired all of the capital stock of Haskins Steel Co. Inc., a processor and distributor of carbon steel and aluminum products in Spokane, Wash.

Haskins' in-house processing capabilities include shearing, sawing, burning, and forming. The company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of American Metals Corp.
