SAF named semifinalist in 2016 Atlanta Metro Export Challenge
Aluminum distributor, fabricator, and finisher Southern Aluminum Finishing Co. (SAF), Atlanta, has been named a semifinalist in the inaugural Atlanta Metro Export Challenge, a grant competition powered by Chase that boosts support for small and medium-sized businesses looking to begin exporting or to increase their export programs. The company also has received a $5,000 grant.
The company is one of five continuous-coil anodizers in North America. It scored points in the competition for its proactive international efforts to expand its distribution of anodized aluminum sheet, aluminum extrusions, and fabricated painted and anodized aluminum cladding for the commercial construction industry.
