Stainless Sales Corp. announces quality assurance manager

Stainless Sales Corp., a Chicago-based stainless steel service center, has appointed Carol Cerwin as quality assurance manager.

Cerwin is responsible for maintaining the company's quality management system. Working directly with the company's sales team, she serves as customer liaison to remedy nonconforming material situations and othe issues.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in business, Cerwin joined the company in 1997 as project manager and was elevated to purchasing manager in January 2006 before assuming her present position. Before joining the company, she was sales administration manager for Newark Electronics, Chicago.
