Hill Eng. promotes sales/marketing manager

Hill Eng., a member of the Formtek Group in Carol Stream, Ill., has promoted Paul Williams to the position of sales and marketing manager.

In this position, he establishes selling strategies for the company's rotary punching units, hydraulic presses, air presses, and stationary and flying punching and cutoff dies for the roll forming and stamping industries. He also is responsible for interfacing the company's marketing and application engineering efforts with the Formtek Group's network of regional sales managers and independent representatives.

Williams, who has more than 26 years of experience in the tool and die and roll forming industries as a toolmaker, field service technician, die design engineer, and sales application engineer, has been with the company since 1988. He has been a speaker and conference chairman for PMA, FMA, and SME conferences and has authored technical articles in industry publications. He is currently chairman of FMA's Roll Forming Council.
