AM General awarded more than $151 million for Humvee sales, service

South Bend, Ind.-based AM General has been awarded $151 million in new Humvee contracts and modifications to existing domestic and international contracts for vehicles and parts for Afghanistan, Ukraine, and the U.S.National Guard and Reserves.

The contracts cover items including new production vehicles, automotive kits, spare parts, and training.

The orders include 433 Humvees for Afghanistan, 40 Humvee ambulances for Ukraine, and another 237 Humvee ambulances for the National Guard and Reserves.
