American Muscle acquires Follansbee Steel

American Muscle, Wellsburg, W. Va., has acquired the dock fabrication segment of Follansbee Steel’s business operation, which announced its closing in January.

American Muscle, formerly Valley Manufacturing, had been manufacturing Follansbee's hardware for 13 years, supplying the company with all of the metal parts it used to build boat docks. When Follansbee closed, American Muscle decided to acquire the company and sell its own product.
