Caterpillar announces new responsibilities for officers

Caterpillar Inc., Peoria, Ill., has announced several administrative changes.

Doug Hoerr, previously vice president with responsibility for the Wear Components & Aftermarket Distribution division, has been named as vice president with responsibility for the Material Handling & Underground division. He replaces Denise Johnson, who recently was named group president with responsibility for Resource Industries.

Greg Folley, who serves as vice president with responsibility for the Sustainable Solutions division, now has also assumed responsibility for Wear Components & Aftermarket Distribution.

The remanufacturing business previously overseen by Folley has transferred to Tana Utley, vice president with responsibility for the Large Power Systems division.
