Chrysler offers buyouts to Belvidere, Ill., plant workers
Chrysler has announced that it is offering buyouts to all employees at its assembly plant in Belvidere, Ill.—2,400 union workers and 200 administrative staff.
The company's U.S. sales were down 35 percent in October compared to October 2007.
