Clark Metal Products adds equipment
Clark Metal Products has added a fiber laser machine and two press brakes to its facility in Blairsville, Pa.
The Bystronic BySprint fiber laser with ByTrans Extended and ByTower automated material handling system is helping the company reduce cutting time, allowing for better product flow from value stream to value stream. The system can complete a loading/unloading cycle quickly for increased productivity, the company states.
The TRUMPF TruBend 5085 press brakes replace existing press brakes with more than 15 million hits apiece. They provide the company with an upgrade over its previous bending capabilities.
