DeWys Manufacturing Inc. acquires American Grower Resource

Marne, Mich.-based DeWys Manufacturing Inc. has acquired American Grower Resource (A.G.R.), a manufacturer of grow racks, mild-steel carts that serve as a transportation unit for products from greenhouses and growers to their final destination.

The acquisition allows DeWys to further explore the agriculture industry while becoming an OEM of agriculture equipment.
