DeWys Mfg. Inc. adds turret punch press

Precision metal fabricator DeWys Mfg. has added an Amada EMK3612 turret punch press to its facility in Marne, Mich. The machine’s capabilities include automated sheet loading/unloading and the ability to complete coined-in features such as tapping, countersinking, and letter stamping.

The turret punch press gives the company the ability to form new features that can be difficult or impossible on a press brake. The power vacuum system eliminates slug pulling.
