DuBois Chemicals acquires Angler Industries

DuBois Chemicals Inc., Sharonville, Ohio, has completed the acquisition of Angler Industries in Sterling, Conn.

The acquisition increases DuBois’ market share in the Northeast while expanding access to Angler’s metalworking fluids and specialty cleaning products to an international market. It also expands manufacturing and laboratory capabilities, while offering the potential to extend DuBois surface treatment and cleaning solutions to the Angler sales team and customer base.
