FMA Management Advisory Council member opens consultancy business

Mike Mastroianni, a member of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association Intl.’s (FMA’s) Management Advisory Council and former president of Rock Valley College, Rockford, Ill., now is president of a Rockford-based business consulting firm, MDM Consulting, working with a handful of other consultants to provide a variety of individualized coaching and support to regional businesses.

The new company provides executive and management coaching and training, including leadership development, management and supervisory training, human resources extension and support (policy development, selection and search, labor relations, employee relations), survey and corporate culture development, and behavior skill development.
