Fusion Tech to create more than 72 new jobs

Steel fabrication company Fusion Tech of Roseville, Ill., has announced that it will hire more than 72 new employees over the next two years.

According to Brandon and Kathy Bentz, company founders and owners, the expansion is the result of a contract with a major manufacturer of industrial radiators and heat exchangers. Fusion Tech will hire three welders a month for the next two years, as well as management and support personnel, more than doubling the company's size.

Bryan Ahee, vice president of information technology, said, "The EBI Network has been working with us on several innovation projects — their Innovation Certification Program and the Chicago Innovation Awards — and by adopting an innovative culture here we've been able to move from a job shop to a full production facility."
