GRT-Mars forms strategic alliance with Intermatic

GRT-Mars Inc., Mountainside, N.J., has announced the establishment of a strategic alliance with the Juarez, Mexico, operation of Intermatic Inc., Spring Grove, Ill. The alliance will offer manufacturing systems to OEMs in North America and Latin America.

GRT-Mars is a contract manufacturer offering electronic and electromechanical assembly, metal fabrication products, and injection-molded components and assemblies. Intermatic is a provider of time-based energy control products.
