Hawk Mfg. to acquire NQM
CNC machine shop Hawk Mfg., Charlotte, N.C., a partner of Global Earth Energy Inc., Wilmington, N.C., has signed an agreement to acquire NQM Inc., an aerospace machine shop. The acquisition is expected to close on or before March 1.
Hawk is acquiring companies that manufacture complementary products. The company intends to keep all manufacturing based in the U.S.
