Horst Eng. acquires Sterling Machine
Horst Eng. and Mfg. Co., East Hartford, Conn., has acquired the assets of Sterling Machine Co. Inc., Lynn, Mass., a manufacturer of precision-machined components primarily for the aerospace industry.
A family-owned company, Sterling employs 33 people. The operation in Lynn will continue as an independent company with the same workforce.
