Joint venture establishes North Texas Metal Spinning

Wayne Boeckman of WJB Holdings LP, Fort Worth, Texas, and Joe Glenn of Glenn Metalcraft Inc., Princeton, Minn., have established North Texas Metal Spinning in Fort Worth. The company serves OEMs in the agriculture, transportation, construction, aerospace, medical, heating/air conditioning, petrochemical, and recreational industries.

Boeckman has spent more than 20 years in the metal spinning industry, while Glenn has experience in heavy-gauge, close-tolerance, high-quality spinnings. Both of them bring to the new company experience in forming parts using aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, HASTELLOY®, titanium, and other exotic metals.
