Newcomb Spring acquires Pelham Precision Spring

Newcomb Spring Corp., a Decatur, Ga., supplier of custom springs and metal forms, has completed the purchase of Pelham Precision Spring Co., Greer, S.C. Newcomb Spring of North Carolina has absorbed Pelham’s equipment, tooling, and technologies and now serves existing orders and customers.

The equipment includes CNC and automated coilers, as well as machinery that can grind wire up to 0.187 in. dia.
