nexAir acquires M&A Welding Supply, adds four branches in Georgia

Memphis-based nexAir, a distributor of atmospheric gases and welding supplies, has acquired the assets, branches, and operations of M&A Welding Supply Co., a distributor for welding and safety supplies with locations in Calhoun, Cartersville, Douglasville, and Jasper, Ga. The organization’s 15 employees have joined nexAir’s Georgia operations.

The acquisition doubles nexAir’s Georgia footprint and furthers its reach into the northwestern portion of the state. The company will convert the M&A Welding Supply facilities to nexAir branches.
