NN Inc., Johnson City, Tenn., a diversified industrial company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Precision Engineered Products Holdings Inc. (PEP).

PEP, Attleboro, Mass., is a global manufacturer of precision, customized systems serving the medical, electrical, transportation, and aerospace end markets.
