Norsk Titanium appoints chairman of the board
Norsk Titanium AS, a manufacturer of titanium components for industrial applications, has appointed Christopher E. Kubasik as chairman of the board of directors. He is expected to assume chairmanship formally in January 2016. John Andersen Jr., who has been serving as the executive chairman since November 2014, will remain on the board.
Kubasik joined the board in June 2013. He heads the New York-based Seabury Advisory Group as president/CEO. He previously served as president/COO of Lockheed Martin Corp.
