Okay Industries VP named as a NAPW 2014 Professional Woman of the Year
Donna C. Rutola
The National Association of Professional Women has named Donna C. Rutola, vice president of Okay Industries Inc., New Britain, Conn., as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year in recognition of her leadership in medical device manufacturing.
Rutola oversees many key departments at Okay Industries, including inside sales, purchasing, accounting, and human resources. In addition to stamping and machining a variety of metals for the medical device industry, the company also serves the automotive, defense/firearms, and industrial markets.
Rutola has worked for the company for 40 years, serving previously as general manager. She also works to encourage more young women to enter the field of manufacturing, acting as a mentor to young female professionals within and outside of the company.
