Precision LLC acquires Haz-Safe modular building product line

Precision LLC, Austintown, Ohio, has completed the acquisition of the Haz-Safe modular building product line from CID Associates, Sarver, Pa. As a result, Haz-Safe has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Precision LLC.

Haz-Safe is a manufacturer of custom-built modular steel buildings that are Factory Mutual-approved for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, automotive, and defense industries.

Precision LLC is a metal fabricator that specializes in steel, aluminum, and copper components used in the primary metals, steel, mining, power generation, and transportation industries.
