Pro Mach acquires Stork-Texwrap

Pro Mach Inc., a packaging and processing machinery manufacturer and integrated system provider, has acquired Stork-Texwrap, a manufacturer of fully automatic shrink wrapping systems.

The Texwrap brand and its current facility in Washington, Mo., will remain, and its team will join Pro-Mach’s End of Line Group. Stork Fabricators, a full-service metal fabrication shop housed at the facility, also will continue to operate and provide custom services including plasma and waterjet cutting, as well as CNC machining including laser, punch, turning, milling, and press brakes for a variety of industrial, commercial, military, and aerospace applications.
