Process Development Corp. names executive VP/CFO

Engineering and manufacturing service supplier Process Development Corp. (PDC), Canton, Mich., has appointed Bill Whalen as executive vice president and CFO. He oversees and directs the company's global finance and business activities, including the implementation of business processes to support strategic global growth strategies.

Whalen most recently served as the CFO of Nexteer Automotive and previously as CFO of Intermet Corp. Before that he held senior leadership positions at Magna Intl. and United Technologies Corp. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University. He is both a CPA and CMA.
