Quality Industries Inc. (QI), a precision metalworking company based in La Vergne, Tenn., has announced three additions to its board of directors.

The two new outside directors are Ralph W. Davis and Charles R. “Rich” Maddux Jr. QI President and CEO Warren Hayslip also has been appointed to the board.

Davis is a partner at Nashville- and Chicago-based Cressey & Co. LP, a private equity firm focused on building health care provider, service, and information technology businesses. Maddux is president and CEO at Hopkinsville, Ky.-based Propulsys Inc. (formerly White Hydraulics Inc.), a manufacturer of hydraulic drive products.

QI offers fabrication capabilities including punching, cutting, welding, forming, bending, and stamping, as well as finishing, powder coating, custom assembly, engineering design, and supply chain management services.
