Regal Beloit to acquire Emerson's Power Transmission Solutions business
Beloit, Wis.-based Regal Beloit Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Power Transmission Solutions (PTS) business of Emerson Electric Co.
PTS is a provider of highly engineered power transmission products and systems. The business manufactures, sells, and services bearings, couplings, gearing, drive components, and conveyer systems.
