Sciaky Inc. reaches structured reseller agreement with EFESTO LLC

Chicago-based Sciaky Inc., a subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries Inc. and a provider of metal 3-D printing systems, has announced that it has entered into a structured reseller agreement with EFESTO LLC, Superior Township, Mich., that includes the sale of its electron beam additive manufacturing (EBAM) systems and services to targeted countries and named accounts.

Under terms of the agreement, EFESTO is to provide exclusive sales representation and resale of Sciaky’s EBAM systems to Australia, Brazil, China, India, Japan, Nigeria, Poland, Russia, and South Korea, along with named accounts in the Middle East and the U.S. oil and gas sector.
