Shale-Inland names president - Fabrication & Distribution Services
Shale-Inland, a distributor of pipe, valves, fittings, and related products in Houston, has appointed Mark G. Essig to the position of president –Fabrication & Distribution Services (F&DS). He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, having held executive roles at Washington Steel Corp. and AK Steel Corp. and having served as CEO of RathGibson LLC.
The Fabrication & Distribution Services business of Shale-Inland comprises Main Steel Polishing Co., a North American distributor of stainless, aluminum, and carbon steel products; and Shale-Inland Stamping & Fabricating, a provider of stamping, fabrication, and assembly services.
