Tri Tool names CEO

Rancho Cordova, Calif.-based Tri Tool Inc. has announced that Dr. George J. Wernette, president, and Jerri Wernette, executive vice president, have turned over the day-to-day operations of the company to their son George J. (Joe) Wernette III as CEO. He has nearly 30 years of experience at the company.

Tri Tool is a privately held, global manufacturer of portable precision equipment designed for pipe beveling, flange facing, inline cutting, and multiprocess welding, as well as pipeline machinery and internal line-up clamps. The company offers on-site machining and code welding services, engineering and custom machine design, and equipment rental.
