Tweet/Garot Mechanical announces staffing changes

Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Green Bay, Wis., a provider of mechanical contracting services including plumbing, sheet metal fabrication, industrial ventilation, HVAC, process piping, and service work, has announced several personnel additions.
Paul Lentz has been named manager of the industrial piping department. He has worked in the industry for the past 21 years.
Shane Raymaker has been appointed as industrial business development manager. He has been with the company since 2011, having previously worked as service sales representative.
Jennifer Schwartz has been promoted to project accountant. She joined the company in 2011 and most recently worked as a project assistant in the commercial department.
Jeff Balza has joined the CAD/BIM department, with responsibilities including coordination of job site installations between trades. He has worked in the industry for 14 years and holds a degree in architectural technology.
Sara Kaiser has been promoted to service process/account manager. She has been with the company since 1997, working previously in the service department as a project accountant.
Erik Lambrecht has been appointed to the CAD/BIM department, responsible for coordination of job site installations between trades and management of the robotic total stations used in on-site layout tasks. He has 15 years of experience as a steamfitter.
Nic Sturdivant has been named project manager in the commercial department. He began his career with the company in 1996 as a steamfitter.
