Wachs Services announces new business partners
Belmont, N.C.-based Wachs Services (Wachs Energy Services/Wachs Technical Services) has announced the addition of three new shareholders: Glen Earl Chick, COO/president of Wachs Services; Keith Willingham, executive vice president of operations of Wachs Services; and Rodger Soeldner, president of EHW Enterprises.
Chick and Willingham each have more than 30 years of experience in the power industry. Soeldner has more than 40 years of experience in the financial industry.
Historically, Eddie Wachs has been the sole shareholder of Wachs Services. The company provides machining and welding services to the nuclear, petrochemical, and power-generation industries.
