Xtreme Stainless to move in Wisconsin

Xtreme Stainless LLC, a metal fabrication firm located in Sussex, Wis., has announced plans to move to a proposed 16,128-sq.-ft. industrial building to be built on a vacant site in Germantown, Wis. The building will include a 2,650-sq.-ft. storage mezzanine and has room for a future 10,000-sq.-ft. expansion.

The project is expected to begin in spring 2015, with completion planned for August 2015. The company, which employs five people, plans to add three or four more after the relocation.
