Amtek Eng. to acquire Interplex Industries

Amtek Eng., Chicago, a precision engineering company offering tool and die and moldmaking, precision metal stamping, and welding, has announced plans to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Interplex Industries Inc., College Point, N.Y.

Interplex manufactures miniature precision-engineered systems for custom interconnect, electronic packaging, and mechanical/electromechanical applications.
