Balmic, BMH merger to form company

Melbourne, Australia-based Balmic Intl. and BMH Engineering have merged to create the Metal Form Group.

The new company provides tooling design and development, prototype manufacture, pressed metal production, press and automation sales and maintenance, capital finance, and toolroom equipment and consumables supply.
