Nidec Minster acquires Vamco Intl.
Nidec Minster Corp., a press manufacturer in Minster, Ohio, has announced the acquisition of high-speed feed manufacturer Vamco Intl. Inc., Pittsburgh.
Serving the metal stamping industry, Vamco has two locations and about 45 employees. CEO Bryan Gentile and the Vamco leadership team will continue to lead manufacture of the product brand in Pittsburgh.
