Patriot Mfg. acquires Quality Components

Patriot Mfg., a metal stamping/fourslide manufacturer in Bristol, Conn., has acquired the assets and customer relationships of Quality Components Corp. of Plainville, Conn., from owner Wendall Theriault, who has retired.

Ed Borkoski, owner of Patriot, said, "Quality’s customers provide us greater presence in markets we currently serve, such as fasteners/hardware and electrical, and offer opportunities in new markets, such as automotive and appliances."
