Wilson Tool acquires Exacta Precision, Exacta FabTool
Wilson Tool International®, White Bear Lake, Minn., has acquired Exacta Precision and Exacta FabTool of Toronto. Exacta is a supplier of tooling for the fabrication and stamping industries.
There will be no immediate change in operations for the companies. However, as the integration process moves forward, availability of existing product lines from each manufacturer will increase, and additional product lines will be made available.
Wilson Tool is a provider of tooling for sheet metal fabricating machinery.
