Laboratory Testing adds customer service rep

Laboratory Testing Inc., an accredited, independent testing laboratory in Hatfield, Pa., has named John Malack as a customer service representative. He has 20 years of related experience, including previous employment with customers of LTI in the steel tubing and fastener fields.

Malack most recently was employed by Penn Stainless Products, responsible for inside sales, customer service, and quality control. He also worked as project manager at Hewlett-Packard and assistant foreman in the warehouse at B&G Mfg. Malack has a bachelor’s degree in business and history from Gwynedd Mercy College.
