Victor Technologies™, St. Louis, has acquired Gas-Arc Group Ltd., a privately held manufacturer of gas control equipment based in the U.K. Gas-Arc will continue to operate under its own name.
Victor Technologies provides equipment for cutting, gas control, and welding under the brand names Victor®, Victor Thermal Dynamics®, Victor Arcair®, Victor TurboTorch®, Tweco®, Thermal Arc®, Stoody®, Firepower®, and Cigweld®.
