IMS WaterJet names VP of sales

IMS WaterJet Inc., Waterbury, Conn., has promoted Bill Zomro to vice president of sales for the U.S. and Canada. He was hired in April as the company's eastern regional sales manager. In his new position, he oversees the company's relationship with distributors and customers across North America.

Zomro has 30 years of experience in developing, initiating, and leading sales strategies in the manufacturing industry, as well as 15 years' leadership experience in the abrasive waterjet industry. Before joining the company, he held sales leadership positions at several companies within the machine tool and metal finishing industries.
