Push/pull welding torches available in gas-cooled, water-cooled models
TBi Industries GmbH offers PP-TX push/pull welding torches. They offer up to 500 amps with 100 percent duty cycle and a maximum cable length of 39.37 ft. One gas-cooled and two water-cooled models are available.
The torches are supplied with a standard PCB that enables quick connection to the wire feeder. Connections vary for critical applications and procedures. For example, the optional Syntronic supports the correlation between the wire feeder of the welding machine and the compact driver inside the torches.
The torches feature high thermal stability and optimized balance and weight distribution. Aluminum wire can be fed up to 39.37 ft. without problems, even without having a straightened cable assembly, the manufacturer states.
