SMAW/GTAW machine available with digital meter
Miller Electric Mfg. Co. offers the SMAW-/GTAW-capable CST™ 280 series machine with an optional digital meter for precise control when presetting and monitoring welding amperage. The machine is suitable for welding pipe and plate in power plant construction, petrochemical construction, maintenance and repair, and shipbuilding applications.
The digital weld meter informs the operator if welding is within specified parameters. Supervisors can visibly see that parameters are being met for the identified specifications of the job.
The 41-lb. portable machine can be moved around the shop or at a job site. It delivers up to 280 amps of output power.
